You can view and download your sales receipts in your order history in your personal account. Once you have logged into your account, go to the "My Orders" page, locate the appropriate order and click on the order details to view and download the receipt. If you have any problems locating your receipt, please contact our Customer Service team and we will assist you.
We do our best to restock items that are marked out of stock to meet customer demand. When an item is out of stock, you can select the "In Stock Notification" feature and we will notify you via email when the item is back in stock. We recommend that you check our website regularly for inventory updates to get the latest product information.
We offer a sea freight delivery service within Africa and you can send your order to almost any port in Africa. The exact delivery range and cost may vary depending on the destination. Please enter your delivery address at checkout and the system will automatically calculate the relevant delivery charges. If your address is outside of our delivery range, please contact our customer service team and we will try to find a solution for you.
